Windmill Wellness Ranch (Group number: T031198) has our medical insurance through 90 Degree Benefits. All plans are with 90DB. Plans A and B utilize the CIGNA network and Plan C is an Open Access plan with the Healthsmart network and the University Health system as a direct contract. To find an in-network provider, you can search for doctors or facilities on the CIGNA or Healthsmart website. Please note that CIGNA and Healthsmart are our networks but they are not our administrator. When your provider wants to confirm your coverage, they will need to call 90DB to confirm your coverage as you will not be found in the CIGNA or Healthsmart system. If for whatever reason you ever have issues with a provider confirming your coverage or if you would like help in finding an in-network provider, please contact Katelynn Thain for assistance.

  • Make sure your provider is calling 90DB to confirm your coverage. CIGNA is our network but not our administrator. You will not be found in the CIGNA system. 90DB will be who your provider needs to call.

  • 80% of medical bills have some sort of error on them. If you get a bill in the mail and it doesn’t look right, before you pay, send it to Katelynn and she will confirm the bill is correct and will confirm if you do or do not owe anything.

  • You do not have to use MyMD Connect, however, if you want to save the most money possible, it is recommended to have them coordinate as much of your medical care as you can. They will always guide you to the best care at the most affordable price. This is the best way for you to save money and also to make sure we keep Octane’s claims low for the year. When the claims are low, then we can keep our premiums low year over year so you will continue to save money.

  • Plans A & B utilize the CIGNA Primary PPO Network and Plan C utilizes the HealthSmart Physician Only PPO Network, both administered by 90 Degree Benefits.
